More catchup, and some notes for tomorrow…
Day 21, “Gift”
Featuring Misu and Mariatu of “Tock the Gnome” backstory, and the gift that is their life together after many, many trials.
This drawing also now belonging, appropriately, to my Wife, as part of her own Yule gift 😊
Day 24, “Red”
Bringing to my attention that that two other characters from a different part of that backstory have a red color scheme, and it just so happens that one banished the other…. but that’s all something that Tock herself needs to learn about, so 🤫
Day 25, “Totem”
So, an Elf and a symbol of her local forest spirit 🦌
This and tomorrow’s prompt will be combined for World Building Wednesday, stay tuned for more Elven Faerie connection!
Happy holiday, by the way, to everyone celebrating today!

Finally catching up with the posting!
Day 28 – Lonely
I didn’t feel like drawing something sad, so here’s a Manta ray Mermaid enjoying a moment of solitude. (Shout out to my Wife cause Mantas are her favorite and this design for her has been long overdue.)
(And extra shout out to Jen Goodsell for the heads up about underwater bubble shaping 😅)
Day 29 – Daddy
Dedicated to all the amazing Dads out there, especially those in my life.
Day 30 – Captured
I couldn’t bring myself to draw something unhappy for this one, aaaaand I wanted to draw Misu and Mariatu from “Tock the Gnome” one more time for the challenge, so here they are! Captured hearts, instead ❤
Day 31 – You as a Mermaid
This is more the idea of me than an actual physically accurate representation, aaaand there wouldn’t be mermaid-me without my actual Mer-Wife. So here “we” are together.
Thank you for your patience with the catchup – now onto JuneFae!

For some reason I’ve been having trouble getting back into the swing of things, art-wise, so I finished up this teeny sketch I did last summer.
OTP time is important too, anyway. And while I totally respect and am impressed by the openness of their relationship, the idea of these two beeeeeeee-yoooooteeful ladies someday getting hitched warms my hopelessly romantic heart.
Original is roughly 2 inches by 4 inches, btw.
